Within 48hrs of receipt of the product, the client has to notify PortiTrex (Pty) Ltd in writing that the product is defective in a material way. The claim will be investigated and the refund is at our sole discretion.

VAT (per 4 pairs) or FREE collection from our Brackenfell, Cape Town warehouse during office hours: Mon-Thurs 08h00-17h00 and Friday 08h00-16h00, or our Cape Town CBD location during office hours: Mon-Thurs 08h30-17h00 and Friday 08h30-16h00.
